The floral arrangements were very beautiful, and the flower were extremely fresh. The arrangement was actually delivered on the wrong date, however, I received a second and different bouquet on the correct date. My husband said upon calling to resolve the issue, he was treated very well and the process was hassle-free. Exceptional customer service and accountability seem to be ever-growing rarities, so I was extremely pleased with their overall service and quality. I do not typically provide feedback, but I was so impressive with Heather's Way and their attention to detail, I felt it necessary to comment. We will definitely use them in the future.

WOW!!! I ordered flowers for my aunt's birthday this morning and 2 hours later she had them!! Talk about prompt service. She absolutely loved her "birthday cake" and even though I haven't seen it yet, I'm certain it is beautiful (at least that's what she told me). These were a gift for a friend out of state, so I didn't have a chance to see the flowers, but the ordering process was very smooth. The web site offered good selection with good descriptions and the flowers ordered were delivered promptly the next day. I will use Heather's Way again.

Ordered flowers on Saturday for a viewing on Sunday/funeral service Monday. Although Heather's Way Flowers doesn't deliver on Sundays, they had the flowers to the funeral home late Saturday night. Means a lot to me that my condolences were delivered in time to support the family. Can't thank you enough.
